Meet Jessie

Hi I'm Jessie, owner of Scribble. I'm a graphic designer and creative entrepreneur.

Throughout my life, I have always had the desire and passion to be a leader and to create my own path. With that desire, I have been able to engage in different areas of creative thinking and leadership building that I have been able to carry with me throughout my life and career.

As a lifetime member of Girl Scouts, I've always had to “Be Prepared”. This allowed me the ability to plan for changes at a moment’s notice without feeling overwhelmed or defeated.

As a Senior Girl Scout, I was able to use these skills to earn the Girl Scout Gold Award, the most prestigious and highest achievement attainable in the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.

I earned this award by designing an informational website for my local church. I believe through this creative journey I realized that graphic design was more than a hobby – it would be my career.

I was an active member in my local and state level student council program and encouraged fellow members to promote pride, spirit, service and achievement. I became a designated counselor at our annual retreats. This dedication to serve through my personal skills resulted in the honor of being chosen for the High School Business Faculty Award.

I have an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. Throughout my career, I have worked for various companies in the print and digital industry.

The diversity in my positions has given me experience in a wide variety of mediums, including press and digital printing, routing, engraving, sandblasting, vinyl graphics and large format signage.

In 2019, I was accepted in the Mid-South Sign Association Elite Program. I was also entered into a competition, within the association, where I was awarded 1st Place in Graphics.

In 2020, I decided to turn my personal skills into my own business and started Scribble. I am confident that the lessons I learned through my experiences with Girl Scouts and STUCO have served me throughout my career and will continue to play an important role and inspiration as I serve you.
